The following are the instructions to follow in order to have a successful connection to a ship:
Select a ship from the ship list and dial the 800- number of the ship you want to connect to.
Listen carefully to the voice prompt instructions for the ship name, enter the number and then press the # key.
Enter your credit card number and billing zip code. If you don't know your billing zip, press the * key for further instructions.
Billing will begin upon connection to an automatic system or live operator.

You will have to contact the corporate customer service for the cruise line and they can assist you with anything related to your cruise voyage.
All calls will begin to be billed upon connection to the ship. If the passenger is not in their cabin at the time of the call, your call will still be charged for connection.
These charges are for calls made to a cruise ship via our calling platform. Rates vary from ship to ship.
You may call the corporate number for the cruise line and provide them with information on the destination of the cruise and they can provide you with the name of the ship. Once you have this information, we can then provide you with the 1-800 to get in contact with the ship.
Our system automatically puts a temporary block on credit cards, once the system recognizes the card information being entered a consecutive amount of times, in order to avoid fraudulent charges from being charged to a card in the event the card has been stolen or being used without authorization from the owner.
The Network Operations Center will inform the customer service department if there are any problems with the satellite connection to the ship.
We can provide you with a customer statement via email. We will need the complete credit card number that was used to place the calls in order to pull that information from our system.
All personal requests for passengers or workers onboard a ship must be handled by a customer service representative from the corporate office for the cruise line. We are the Satellite Service provider; not the actual cruise ship or cruise line.
